“Great Tii, when they make what you ordered. It’s basically a bunch of unsupervised high school students more focused on making waffles for friends and listening to terrible music. I’ve seen customers walk out because they weren’t being waited on. I love bubble tea, and this is the closest to my house, so I’ll keep going here, just not as much as I would if their service was better.”
